Governance
The Governance Committee of a nonprofit plays a critical role in ensuring the organization’s operations align with its mission, legal requirements, and best practices in governance. Volunteers for this committee take on specific tasks that focus on strengthening the board and organizational oversight.

Fundraising
The Fundraising Committee plays a vital role in the organization’s financial sustainability and growth supporting the mission and vision of Manifesting Wellness. The committee’s primary purpose is to ensure Manifesting Wellness has the financial resources it needs to fulfill its mission of promoting physical, mental, spiritual, and community well-being within Georgia's population.

Finance
This committee is responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to support the organization's mission of improving mental health outcomes for Latino communities of metro Atlanta. By aligning financial strategies with program goals, the Finance Committee ensures resources are effectively allocated to achieve maximum impact in promoting mental wellness, advocacy, and community support.

Programing
The Programming Committee designs and oversees the delivery of initiatives that promote physical, mental, spiritual, and community well-being within Georgia's population. Guided by our mission to improve mental health outcomes and empower individuals and families, the committee develops, evaluates, and oversees evidence-based and resilience-focused programs and services.

PR/Marketing
The Public Relations and Marketing Committee is a dynamic team responsible for promoting and enhancing the organization's image, reputation, and brand. This committee focuses on developing and implementing strategic communication and marketing plans to reach target audiences, increase visibility, and drive support for the organization's mission and goals.

Community out reach
The Community Outreach Coordinator plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between our organization and the communities we serve. This position involves developing, coordinating, and managing outreach efforts to raise awareness of our programs, engage local stakeholders, and recruit volunteers. The Outreach Coordinator will be dedicated to building relationships with various community groups, ensuring that our nonprofit’s mission reaches as many individuals as possible.

Our Development Committee leads fundraising efforts, builds community partnerships, and creates opportunities to support our programs. They connect donors, sponsors, and resources to ensure our mission grows and thrives.
