Our Community Psychoeducation Workshops are flexible, culturally responsive sessions designed for community members, caregivers, and professionals. Offered in both English and Spanish, these workshops can be delivered in-person or virtually and range from single sessions to in-depth trainings.

What We Cover
Topics include emotional well-being, stress management, mindfulness, positive parenting, trauma-informed care, resilience, aging and cognitive health, and community wellness. We also offer Training-of-Trainers to build capacity among educators and community leaders.

How It Works
Workshops are typically held twice a month, with each 90-minute session designed to be engaging, practical, and accessible for participants of all backgrounds.
