MANIFESTING WELLNESS

Mind Art ATL is a community-level mental health and emotional wellness intervention that uses mindfulness, expressive arts, play, and psychoeducation to build emotional regulation skills, reduce isolation, and increase access to culturally responsive mental health support.
Why Mind Art ATL Exists
Many Latino families face barriers to mental health care, including language access, cost, stigma, and a lack of culturally responsive providers. As a result, many do not engage with traditional therapy, even when experiencing stress or trauma. Mind Art ATL was created to offer a safe, welcoming space that meets families where they are—before crisis or burnout—through accessible, community-based support.

What We Do
Mind Art ATL provides experiential, trauma-informed programs that combine mindfulness, expressive arts, and emotional education. Designed for the whole family, our sessions help participants build emotional awareness, reduce stress, and develop practical regulation skills in a culturally grounded environment.

Our Approach
We use art, play, music, and nature-based activities to make mental health approachable and engaging. Our work is bilingual, family-centered, and rooted in respect for cultural identity and lived experiences.

Our Impact
We aim to normalize conversations about mental health, strengthen family connections, and provide early tools for emotional well-being—while building trust and bridging the gap between communities and mental health resources.

Our Vision
Mind Art ATL is a growing, community-driven model with the goal of expanding access to preventative mental health support across neighborhoods and beyond.
